Privacy

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no crash reporting, and it never sends data to us.

Where your data lives

The servers and bookmarks you add are stored only on your device and are not synced to iCloud.

Passwords and private keys are kept in the iOS Keychain, readable only while the device is unlocked, and never synced to other devices.

Third-party services

If you choose to sign in to Tailscale, sign-in and connections between devices are provided by Tailscale and covered by its privacy policy (tailscale.com/privacy-policy). Without Tailscale, the app only connects directly to the servers you enter.

Exported backups

In an exported setup file, passwords and private keys are obfuscated and never stored as plain text.

Children's privacy

Loopback is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
