Herdsman is made by someget. Your conversations and code belong to you. They travel only between your computer and the devices you have paired.
What we collect
Herdsman does not collect your conversations, code, screen content or files. It includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Account (optional)
If you choose to sign in, we store only your email address and encrypted sign-in credentials, used to find your devices across networks. Without an account you can still pair by QR code on the same network.
Devices and connections
So your phone can find your computer, we store each registered device's name, platform and public connection key. When devices cannot connect directly, traffic is forwarded through our relay. It is end-to-end encrypted and the relay cannot read it.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store your iPhone's push token, used only to tell you when an agent needs you or has finished. Notifications contain a short status, never conversation content.
Screen and control
Screen viewing and remote control happen only when you start them, and require system permission on the computer. The screen is streamed live between your computer and your phone and is never stored or uploaded to our servers.
Camera
The camera is used only to scan the pairing QR code or to take a photo for an agent on your computer. Photos go only to your own computer and are never stored by us.
Deleting your data
You can unpair devices and sign out in the app at any time. To delete your account and related data, email hello@someget.xyz.
Children's privacy
Herdsman is not directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Questions? Email hello@someget.xyz.
